No Return Policy:
This No Return Policy (“Policy”) governs all products purchased from MMA Fitness Corporation (“MMA Fitness”) through the website www.Striking.Style (“Website”). By making a purchase through the Website, you (“Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.
- Product Acceptance
1.1. MMA Fitness Corporation offers a wide range of fitness products, including but not limited to training equipment, apparel, and accessories (collectively referred to as “Products”).
1.2. MMA Fitness takes utmost care to ensure that all Products are of high quality and in proper working condition before they are shipped to the Customer.
1.3. Upon receipt of the Products, it is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect them for any damage, defects, or discrepancies. If any issues are found, the Customer must notify MMA Fitness within 5 business days from the delivery date by contacting customer support at email@example.com .
- No Returns or Exchanges
2.1. MMA Fitness does not accept returns or exchanges of any Products, except as expressly provided in this Policy.
2.2. All sales of Products through the Website are final and non-refundable. Once the Customer completes a purchase and the Products are shipped, no returns or exchanges will be accepted, unless there is a defect or non-conformity as described in Section 3.
- Defective or Non-Conforming Products

4.1. This Policy does not apply to any Product damaged or misused by the Customer, or if the Product has been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than MMA Fitness or its authorized agents.
4.2. Products sold as “clearance,” “final sale,” or “as is” are not eligible for return or exchange, unless such Products are defective or non-conforming.
- Limitation of Liability
5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMA Fitness Corporation, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or inability to use any Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6.1. MMA Fitness reserves the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated Policy will be effective upon its publication on the Website.
